• We strive to display our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our nails.
• All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g., for fraudulent activity or stock issues).
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payments are processed securely through Westpac.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are typically dispatched within [2-3 business days].
• Estimated delivery times are:
◦ Australia: 5-8 business days
• Once shipped, delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails.
• Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products. To request a refund, you must provide clear photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
