OZ ONE TRADING PTY. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)

Acceptable Return or Exchange Conditions

1. Application Period: Customers must apply via email within 7 days of receiving the goods (with order number). Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Supporting Evidence: Customers must provide clear photos showing one of the following conditions:

  - The item was seriously damaged during transit and is unusable;

  - Multiple identical items were purchased due to accidental duplicate orders.

3. Product Condition Requirements: If the item is undamaged and without defects, returns/exchanges are still possible under these conditions:

  - The item must be brand new and unused;

  - The original packaging must be intact;

  - The customer must cover return shipping costs;

  - Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Acceptable Return or Exchange Conditions

- Personal preferences (e.g. dislike, color/style not as expected);

- Wrong model, size, or style selected;

- Items used or damaged due to misuse (e.g. pulling, impact, chemical damage);

- Damage caused by incorrect use or storage;

- Items not purchased through our official sales channels.

Special Notice

- The Company reserves the right of final interpretation for return/exchange applications;

- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon inspection of the returned item;

- If the return is not due to Company fault, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
